All Together is a suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention program that uses family, youth, and community resources to address gaps in suicide care. The target population is in the Fairbanks North Star Borough and is AI/AN, age 14 and up. All Together expands on the success of two FNA programs, Building Bridges and Reconnecting Youth, which addressed suicide among adults through treatment, case management, and outpatient or residential treatment while reconnecting them to services and support needed for mental health and substance-free lifestyle.
