PAID TIME
OFF (PTO): 15 days per
year (based on an eighty (80) hour bi-weekly work schedule)
for 0-3 years of service. Thirty (30) days per year (based
on an eighty (80) hour bi-weekly work schedule) for 4 years
of service and beyond.
OTHER LEAVE: Family and medical leave; breavement
leave; jury duty; military leave.
HOLIDAYS: FNA recognizes eleven (11) paid holidays
per year. Holidays are prorated for those working less than
8 hours per day. Holidays are paid straight time unless they
are worked 'with prior approval', which would then be paid
at time and a half. (personnel manual guidelines on holidays
must be followed to receive holiday pay)
INSURANCE: Medical, dental, vision and hearing
insurance for all regular employees hired to work 35+ hours
per week and their eligible dependent(s). Employer paid life
accidential death & dismemberment insurance, short and
long term disability insurance. Supplemental insurance and
life is available through AFLAC. |
RETIREMENT: Employees are enrolled
in the plan after one (1) year, which includes at least 1,000
hours of service. Details about this plan are on file in the
Accounting Department.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: For counseling,
information, resources, referrals and self-help tools on a
wide range of issues.
TDA/TSA (Tax Deferred or
Shelter Annuity) 403 (b) Plan: Participation is voluntary. A retirement program
that allows you to set aside a certain amount of money that
is NOT taxed at the time of deduction.
TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT: For certain jobs and
depending on the programs budget, FNA can pay for some job
related trainings.
